The Human Fossil (2024)
“The Human Fossil” is an animated short film about an alien archaeologist’s mesmerizing encounter with the relics of human civilization. While the film opens with funny and lighthearted punchlines, it prompts the following contemplations: How will we look back on our present when it becomes history; what will be left of humanity, and how do we want to be remembered?
“The Human Fossil” is produced in a style combining 2D cel animation and 3D environments created in Unreal Engine 5. The film premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Rhode Island International Film Festival in August, 2024.

Project Nini (2025)
Project Nini was brainstormed in the format of a 90-minute animated movie. It tells the story of Nini, a shy and timid working professional in her mid 20s, finding courage through a series of unexpected adventure into the underwater world. The core idea of this project is that water is the medium for time travel – fish are granted the ability to travel to other eras, while humans, who can’t breathe underwater, are forbidden from time travels.
